Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in the U.S. and some territories of Canada
How long does shipping take?
We currently house our inventory locally and also in two warehouses located in the U.S. Depending on your order selection and it's location, all RTS (ready to ship) inventory should arrive within 10-14 business days. It is usually sooner however we like to allow for the unexpected delays that we have and sometimes encounter with the postal service. We offer shipping insurance with every purchase and recommend adding to protect your purchase. This service will also be able to give you real time updates in tracking for your delivery.
For our Pre-order purchases, these are items that have to go to production and usually arrive in 6-8 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will always provide an estimated ETA on these listings when you order and will provide updates along the way.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email with your details for tracking.
Returns
How do I return an item?
All Sales Are Final especially for clearance and holiday items! Returns are only accepted if there is a defect or fulfilment mistake made on behalf of our company. Any questions regarding this should be presented immediately to us by email at cecb4721@gmail.com
How long does it take to process my return?
If a return for an item is warranted and approved by our company, we'll refund or replace the item immediately provided it's availability in stock.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We will accept exchanges due to our error in fulfillment with paid shipping. However if an exchange is needed due to a wrong size purchase, we will gladly do so but the purchaser would be responsible for the return shipping. Please be sure to refer to the sizing charts for all purchases.
