All Ready To Ship items ship within 2-3 days of order being processed.

Custom Orders ship within the time frame listed on the individual item.

Pre-sale items ship within 7-12 business days

SHIPPING RETURNS:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item in the event that the return being made is not due to an error on our part. As a business, we encourage that you always elect the optional shipping Insurance provided. This will protect your purchase in the event of the unforseen that occasionally happens with shipping services. Claire Elizabeth Children's Boutique will not be responsible for any lost , stolen or damaged items or packages.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! Please be sure to verify that all shipping and billing information is correct at checkout. If an item is marked return to sender and we have to pay the postage, the new postage must be paid before the package is resent.
