Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Claire Elizabeth Children's Boutique!

We only offer refunds and exchanges within  7 days of the delivery date provided the return is a result of our error or manufacturing defect. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot issue any refunds. 

Please note:

Once an order is submitted and paid for by the customer it is NOT able to be edited or adjusted under any circumstance at all. Please double check your sizes, quantities, and monograms PRIOR TO submitting payment. We will not adjust or change any details to a paid order once it is submitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to us prior to payment if you have any questions or concerns. 

*ALL CUSTOM SMOCKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN A MANUFACTURER DEFECT.* Personalized items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances at all. 

* ETA (ESTIMATED TIME ARRIVAL) for pre orders is exactly that, an estimate. We do not guarantee items by any specific date due to any unforeseen delays that may occur during both the manufacturing and shipping process. We will not issue refunds for any items that have not arrived within the ETA. We will work with customers to try and offer a solution.

Eligibility for Refunds •Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and with tags attached and in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require that you contact us by email at cecb4721@gmail.com 

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds. All refunds will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT only!

      ● All SALE, CLEARANCE, DEALS OF THE DAY, (anything using a code) GIFT CARDS, CUSTOM ORDERS and HOLIDAY items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)• We will exchange items at no cost to you if the item is damaged, defective or is a result of our error. If you are exchanging an item, we will offer store credit for the purchase amount. 

Sizing Concerns:

If you have a concern with the sizing of your items please reach out to us within 7 business days. If the item does not match our stated size charts we will work with you to offer a solution. However, we do not offer exchanges, returns, refunds, or credits for items purchased in the size received if it aligns with our size charts. Please check for or request listed size charts prior to ordering.
